COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Metropolitan Lighting N679-194 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Metso-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Micro-Slides product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the 4YZ407B3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PDP603 manufactured by Metso-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Metso-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SK100A by Manufacturer Micro-Slides as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand A1S71 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Microscan such as FIS05200001 equipment made by Microscan have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Microscan products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Microscan" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VM1 made by Miki-Pulley as well as the popular 20772 original spares produced by Milwaukee-Cylinder Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FYQLA1140R3 by Microswitch and FIS05200001 spares by Microscan are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A1S38B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
